Well, here's an update: my sister got the bill from your shop which supposedly included a free upgrade to compensate for your mishandling of this order and the delivery of a heavily damaged plant... $73.45 for an Anthurium and not even in a nice pot...just a cheap plastic one. The first one, which we returned, was in a pretty ceramic pot. Was just going to let it go already until she told me about the outrageous charge. Next time we'll go to metro...they had lovely Anthuriums for $20. Undamaged. Continuing to be an unsatisfied customer.
